Our Vision

DARE Network (Drug and Alcohol Recovery and Education) is a grassroots organization that provides culturally appropriate treatment and prevention education to build the capacity of the local people to address substance abuse issues and build the strength and resilience of communities.

DARE Network prevents and reduces substance abuse and associated social and personal harms.

Our Mission

DARE Network is passionate. It works to ensure adequate treatment and prevention services to the people of Myanmar. We look for new ways to expand our programs based on analysis of the current environment.

While the big issue, namely supply of drugs and alcohol is out of our hands, we offer the resources available to us to assist those affected by the trade.
